All documents will be included in each estimate that we send to you. 

As job sizes vary, so too does the time it takes to complete each job. Estimated time to completion will be included in each estimate and we are willing to work around your schedule for a seamless experience. 

Since we only perform one job at a time, our attention will be 100% devoted to that job. 

In general, paint coatings on exterior stucco or wood siding surfaces can last approximately 5-10 years, however this can vary depending on sun exposure, moisture, condensation, and temperature. There are some buildings we have painted that still look great after 15 years. 

Choosing the right color can be tricky - colors look different depending on the environment (lighting, furniture, neighbor's property, etc). Colors are also psychological - they can affect our mood. 

We want to help make choosing the right color simple and easy. Since colors on a color deck can appear different from the actual paint, we are happy to apply paint samples in several different environments to assist you in color selection. 

Once YOU feel satisfied with a color, we can begin the work. 

Paint sheens vary between flat (matte) to glossy.  We can apply samples on trims, walls, ceilings, and cabinetry to assist you in your decision. 

The following sheens are available: 

FLAT: Non reflective, hides imperfections, typically used on walls and ceilings.

SATIN: Slightly reflective, typically used on kitchen and bathroom walls and ceilings.

EGGSHELL: - Slightly more reflective than satin, can easily wipe dirt, stains, or residue off. Typically used in kitchen and bathroom walls, ceilings, and back splashes. 

SEMI-GOSS: More reflective than eggshell, most typically used on trims, cabinetry, vanity, railings, and banisters. 

GLOSS: This is the shiniest sheen, typically applied where semi-gloss can be used.   

Interior projects can be performed any time of the year. 

Exterior work however can be best performed during dryer seasons to avoid delays due to rain. Fortunately, Bay Area weather is dry enough to paint most of the year. 

Yes, all left over paint will be left for the customer.  

We strive to keep properties clean and free of harmful lead based debris. 

• We are EPA certified 

• We do not perform sanding on lead based surfaces to prevent lead dust contamination. 

• We control lead based paint removal by scraping with carbide blades and retrieving chips on plastic and canvas drop cloths. 

• We do an excellent job of covering and protecting your property in every job. 

• We only use eco friendly, low VOC water based paint products for interior and exterior

• Exterior stucco, wood siding, windows, and trims are inspected for cracks, holes, and seams where water can infiltrate. 

• All openings are caulked and sealed to prevent water leakage. 

• Stucco surfaces can be painted with elastomeric paint, which is a rubberized paint that fills hairline cracks that may not be visible to the eye. 

• Garden hose tests can be conducted to ensure our waterproofing is successful. 

We use different paints, primers, and stains for different surfaces, environments, and intentions. All the products we use are produced by Kellymoore and Benjamine Moore.

EXTERIOR PAINTING: In general, we roll. However, if there is enough distance between properties and low wind, we will cover all surfaces (windows, cars, ground floor, etc) and spray. 

INTERIOR PAINTING: Roll only.
